2025年9月16日（火）、東京都墨田区様において、自治体システム標準仕様に準拠したパッケージシステム「e-SUITEv2 for Government Cloud」が本稼働になりました。
今般の墨田区様移行は、GCCにおける特別区初の実績となります。
事務局であるICT推進担当様に移行の経緯・苦労された点などお話を伺いました。

―墨田区様の自治体システム標準化移行の状況を教えてください。
2025年9月にGCC提供の対象14業務を標準化移行達成しています。
他業務においても今年度順次移行を進めて、今年度20業務全て移行完了すべく対応を進めています。

―墨田区様における標準化対応版システム導入の経緯を教えてください。
元々利用していたGCC住民情報システムが3サイクル目をむかえるため、次期についてはプロポーザル実施を前提に検討開始しました。
令和3年より仕様検討の業務WGを開始し、令和4年・5年のRFI(情報提供依頼)を実施した結果を踏まえて、現行事業者GCCによる標準化対応を行うことで決定しました。
